skillfully led interview enables us to determine if the
candidate is ambiguous, intuitive, analytical, judicious,
organized, creative, perceptive, adaptable, assertive,
skillful at getting acquainted with others, persuasive,
a risk-taker, self-assured, ambitious, a hard worker,
optimistic, persistent, customer-oriented, committed to
quality, etc. We also determine which of the foregoing
qualities are desirable in the post to be filled.
At
the same time as the probing inherent in the interview
itself, we also take other factors into consideration.
To mention just a few personality revealing factors, body
language tells us whether or not the candidate is aggressive,
if he/she is attentive, maintains eye contact, uses his/her
hands positively. We even review whether or not the candidate's
image and dress are consistent.
All
of the foregoing elements of the search are aimed at finding
the candidate that best meets the needs of our customer
