ALSmith y Asociados charges a retainer for rendering executive recruitment and selection consulting services to a company, in addition to the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT), plus expenses. The formula for calculating our retainer is one third of the total cash compensation paid to the executive over his/her first year of employment.

  All expenses are detailed in our monthly invoices and they are calculated at set rate of 10% of the initial search retainer. This reserve serves to meet telephone, fax, photocopy, travel and food expenses, as well as any other expenses that may be incurred in during the search.

  In the event that additional executives are placed as a result of one initial search, our retainer amounts to 28% of the annual compensation of the executive placed, plus the corresponding Value Added tax (VAT).
