The importance of the search

  Where are the ideal executives for facing the new challenges of current commercial competition to be found? How are they evaluated? How are they approached and attracted? How are their abilities and intellectual and emotional qualities determined? How can one know if the candidates meet the specific requirements of the company and post to be filled?.

This is precisely what our job at ALSmith y Asociados consists of: our experience and professionalism. The search for and selection of top level executives is a very delicate task. Just one mistake in judgement can produce very serious results for the company.

Besides the high losses and risks inherent in having a headless area in a company, the lack of an executive in any top management position is equivalent to the absence of a commander on the battlefield. The situation is confusing, uncertain and, at times, subordinate staff is irreversibly disintegrated. Thus the end result of such a situation can be much more expensive than our executive recruitment fees.

To reiterate, our many years of experience have enabled us to find the shortest and most effective routes to finding the ideal candidate. Our work is undertaken in well-structured phases.
